How Simpledocs works:

Simpledocs simply applies your business brand and information and churns out brand correct documents.


After signing in, you will be asked to enter all company details in the business profile including: Company name, address, physical location, contact information, business tagline, website, and logo


You will also choose a theme pack that will apply to all your documents. Your company logo colors or company brand colors, will automatically applied to the theme you selected.


Once all that is done, you will be ready to now generate all other documents in the document suite


If you need to edit any company information, you can change it at the Company profile page and it will be applied to all documents


All documents can be downloaded in standard PDF file or printed, all from the browser

What do I need to sign up for the service?

General Requirements

You need to have all your company information at hand to create the documents. Once you sign up you can upload all your information and choose the theme design that will be used throughout the document creation process.

Creating documents should be straightforward once all your information is set into the system

Special Requirements: LOGO

There is no particular special requirement apart from the Logo. You need to have a logo to be able to take advantage of Simpledocs. There are several requirements for the Logo in particular:
  1. That the logo should have a transparent background, unless the background color is part of the logo
  2. The logo should be PNG format for better quality
  3. Use a high quality image for your logo

Your logo will be used to extract your brand colors that will be used in the design of all documents. It is then recommended that you use the highest quality logo image.

What kind of documents can I generate?

We have many options of documents you can generate once you sign up for an account at Simpledocs. We aim to ensure you have all the necessary documents and tools to kickstart your business from day one! Some of the documents you can generate on the platform include:

All of these documents will be rendered in your brand colors using a similar theme throughout to give your business professional branding and recognition.

Can I invite other team members to the company account?

Yes you can. Depending on which package you choose, you will be able to invite a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 9 people to create documents with all the specification.

An administrator will be able to create the company account and then send invites to his or her team members. The team members will be able to sign up with the special link and be added as part of the company team. The invited team members can be set as Administrators or regular users on the company site.

User Levels

The administrator will have the rights to do the following:
  1. Create the company with all its information including name, address, contact, logo etc
  2. The administrator can also edit all of the information on the company
  3. The administrator can invite and delete membership of the company page on Simpledocs
  4. The administrator will also have the power to add users as administrators
  5. Only the administrator can pay for the subsciption for the company account
  6. Only the administrator can create and edit the company website

Regular users will only be able to create, edit and delete documents and not affect the theme and general information of the company.

Are there limits to using Simpledocs?

There are no current hard limits to using Simpledocs. The one limit depends on which package you have signed up to. For the Business Account, you can only have a maximum of 3 people on one company account. That is the administrator and two other team members.

For the Enterprise package, you can have up to 10 members using one company account. Anything above this please contact us for estimates.

As long as your account is paid for according to the package, you can create unlimited documents for your company. There are no other limits for using the service, at this time.

What is the type of document output I will get?

Currently, we offer only two types of document output: PDF for mostly all documents, Images for Email signatures and PPTX for AI Presentations.

Can I create more than one company?

At this time you can only create one company with one email attached to it. Users can also be associated with one company with the email they registered with. If you want to create more than one company, you will have to register for a new package with a different email address and pay for it seperately.
